I am average at best when it comes to assemble things, but this was relatively easy to put together. you stick all your hardware holes first, fit the mounting bar, and a few laps later is together. seems pretty sturdy. based on other reviews I was dreading the support bar might not let me put my Xbox One under but fits well. one thing to consider is the height of the monitor will be at once which is on upright. for web browsing I
